Join local mindfulness and meditation instructor Sarah, for this six-week self-care course. Sarah will guide you through the different practical mindfulness techniques to help heal, restore and grow. Sarah has honed a unique style blending mindfulness and meditation after many years of study and practise. She shares this with her hometown of Bishops Castle on this 6-week mindfulness and meditation course. Over the 6 weeks we will learn to connect more deeply with ourselves and develop techniques we can practise daily to keep our minds and beings calm and centred. Some of the areas covered in the course include deepening mindfulness, stress busting techniques, moving mindfully and encouraging deep sleep. This course is for everyone. No experience is necessary; likewise, experienced meditators are welcome. Bolsters and blocks are available from the studio but if you prefer sitting or lying down, please bring along your yoga mat and a cushion as well as some water. If you require a chair, please let us know when booking. You may find it beneficial to journal after your experience, but this is not mandatory. There will also be time at the end for questions, to share your reflections and feedback.
