Help prepare your body and mind for birth through pregnancy yoga. You will be guided through some gentle flows, designed for pregnancy, to ease any aches or pains common during pregnancy. The aim in these classes are to keep you and your baby smiling, whilst also preparing your body and baby for birth and beyond. The classes promote pregnancy pranayama (breathwork), meditation and deep relaxation. Practices that you will find useful during pregnancy, labour and even when baby arrives. This class is suitable for those in their 2nd and 3rd trimester. No previous yoga experience needed but please make sure that your doctor is happy for you to practice.
