About the event
In this special event, you will get a taste of different, practical mindfulness techniques you can take away and use, an introduction to mindful, restorative breathing and some tools for deeper insight into yourselves through meditation.
The session will be fully guided by Sarah Holland. Sarah has honed a unique style blending mindfulness and meditation after many years of study and practise. She shares this with her new hometown of Bishops Castle in this insightful and nourishing introduction to mindfulness and meditation.
This session is for everyone. No experience is necessary, likewise, experienced meditators are welcome. Bolsters and blocks are available from the studio but if you prefer sitting or lying down, please bring along your yoga mat and a cushion as well as some water. If you require a chair, please let us know when booking. You may find it beneficial to journal after your experience, but this is not mandatory. There will also be time at the end for questions, to share your reflections and feedback.Â
