Chloe’s little yoga studio is just perfect for me. She has a lovely manner when taking our Gentle Yoga class and gives me the confidence to attempt the various asanas, even if I can’t do them that well. She encourages us and sometimes gives us little tips to help correct our position. I find her help with breathing techniques particularly helpful - when to inhale, when to exhale.
I especially like the inclusion of a little mindfulness, which also helps me to feel relaxed.
Mike and I are now so enthused with our yoga, that we even practice when on holiday or when out walking around Powis Castle Gardens.
