Chloe Yoga is a studio based in the rural historic market town of Bishops Castle and located on the corner of Church Street and Union Street it's in the heart of the town. The studio offers a variety of different yoga classes including beginners, yoga flow, yin and pregnancy. 

Chloe Yoga believes that yoga is for everyone and provides a non-judgment space for people to practice. Most importantly Chloe Yoga offers classes that are fun, believing that you shouldn't take yourself too seriously in class; it's only yoga! 

Below are the classes on offer at the studio. 

Yoga Class


Vinyasa yoga flow is a dynamic class were you will move fluidly from one posture to the next, often connecting breath to movement. The classes are more fast paced as you move through the sequence but remain playful with modifications offered.

Please bring your own mat and any other props. 

Meditation Class


Gentle yoga flow is a welcome and much-needed break from the stress and speed of day to day life. Relax your body and mind into a gentle soothing sequence that will leave you feeling centered and renewed. 

This class is suitable for beginners, post-natal and any yogis wanting to take a more gentle practice.

Please bring your own mat and any other props. 

Children in Yoga Class


These classes will consist of fun activities, games and stories all focused around yoga poses, meditation and mindfulness. 

Yoga helps children stay fit and healthy, it strengthens their immune system, calms and relaxes their minds and enables them to focus. Above all, it keeps them happy and peaceful⁣⁣⁣.

The course is suitable for children ages 6-11 years, who are new to yoga and those who have practiced before.  We will work in a group, in pairs and alone. The most important part of these classes is to have fun!

Yoga Mat and Straps


An alignment focused class including breathing techniques, supported postures and gentle movements. This class will help you build strength, flexibility and you will leave the class with a greater sense of relaxation. Perfect for beginners, people working with injuries or anyone who wants to take a softer approach to yoga.

Please bring your own mat and any other props. 

Pregnant Woman Practicing Yoga


 Help prepare your body and mind for birth through pregnancy yoga.

You will be guided through some gentle flows, designed for pregnancy, to ease any aches or pains common during pregnancy. The aim in these classes are to keep you and your baby smiling, whilst also preparing your body and baby for birth and beyond.

The classes promote pregnancy pranayama (breathwork), meditation and deep relaxation. Practices that you will find useful during pregnancy, labour and even when baby arrives.  

This class is suitable for those in their 2nd and 3rd trimester.

No previous yoga experience needed but please make sure that your doctor is happy for you to practice.
