About the event
After the growing popularity of Sarah’s Introduction to Mindfulness and Meditation sessions of 2022 and the following sell-out six-week course, we’ve decided to bring regular, monthly meditation sessions to the Bishop’s Castle community to give you opportunity to build good habits for stress release, resilience and relaxation.
Blending her unique style of mindfulness and deeper meditation practices, these regular sessions will provide you with space to reframe, refresh and rebalance.
No experience is necessary and each session is standalone to a topic that will be discussed on the day, but expect practices on themes that maintain good mental health, siphon off stress, explore self-awareness, nurture and repair and build confidence. You don’t need to have attended any previous sessions to enjoy the workshops, with regulars and first-timers equally welcomed!
If you are uncomfortable sitting on the floor for long periods of time, we recommend you bring a fold-up chair with you. There are limited mats, blocks, blankets and bolsters available in the studio.
