Saturday Morning Restorative Yoga

Service Description
A gentle yoga class to start the weekend off on the right foot; suitable for everybody (beginners welcome). We will use slow movements and Yin yoga postures to ease out tension and energise the body and mind. In this restorative session expect fairly gentle movements using plenty of props for the supported yin poses, and a focus on steady attentive breath and a sense of letting go. Katrina teaches and practices yoga that feels good, encouraging movement, awareness and self care. She believes yoga should be inclusive and available, and that we can all rebalance by exploring sensations and creating space (not merely contorting into fancy shapes). This is class is suitable for all practitioners.
