Service Description
Join local mindfulness and meditation instructor Sarah, for a five-week special series of meditations. Where you will meet weekly to explore and build your meditation practice in readiness for spring. Each week will explore a different theme in Sarah’s signature style, building self-connection and awareness. Both beginners and experienced practitioners are welcome. This is a chance to start your practice from scratch, afresh, or to carve out that all important ‘me time’ just for you. If you have attended one of Sarah’s Introduction to Meditation courses before, this is not the same programme, so you will be able to develop and build a practice from these spring sessions – or simply enjoy revisiting some time and space for relaxation. Sarah is a qualified meditation teacher with the British School of Meditation. She has taught at Chloe Yoga since 2022 and is delighted to be back and share her tools for self-regulation for optimum wellbeing.
